Selection Reasons: Airman Bates has an average of 99.15 for his last four fitness assessments. He has completed 69 credit hours towards CCAF degree, and is progressing towards a Bachelors in Nutrition Science. Despite a grueling ops-tempo, Airman Bates has volunteered 125 off-duty hours to support several local charities to include the Salvation Army and the Heritage Community. Also, due to his phenomenal dress, appearance and professionalism, he was selected ahead of his peers to proffer the Wing Quarterly Awards ceremony.
