Job title: Aerospace Medical Technician

Job description: Plans, provides, and evaluates routine patient care and treatment of beneficiaries.  Performs and directs support activities for patient care, including contingency operations and disasters.

Most rewarding job aspect: Tackling unexpected challenges and learning new things daily.

Goals: To complete my Bachelor’s Degree in two years, stay true to myself, and to always grow professionally, intellectually and most of all personally.

Hobbies: Photography, running, and baking/cooking

Favorite performer: Marilyn Monroe

Favorite dish: Shrimp, anyway it comes

I’m proudest of: Being a mother. Watching my son grow is the greatest gift in the world.

Best asset: I consider myself to be a hard worker. I like to get things done, and don’t stop until it happens.

Person I admire most: My husband. He has survived cancer twice and is the most optimistic person I know.

Pet peeve: Double standards

What I like most about D-M: The opportunities it has provided me in the short amount of time I have been here.  I have also met some really great people.
