Summary courts officer notice for Michael Roatch

35th Fighter Wing Public Affairs

Airman 1st Class Michael J. Roatch of the 355th Aerospace Medicine Squadron passed away on 24 July . Any person or persons with a claim against Airman Roatch or who is currently in debt to him should contact the Summary Court Officer Capt. William Matthews of the 355th AMDS for disposition and compensation purposes.

Capt Matthews can be reached Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. at DSN 228-5369 and Commercial 520-228-5369 or at William.Matthews@dm.af.mil.
