First Sergeant: Senior Master Sgt. Tracy Deason

Duty Title: Knowledge Operations Journeyman

When joined the AF: Oct. 20, 2009

Selection Reasons: Airman Pabon is a true “Wingman”! After discovering that a fellow Airman was in emotional distress, she immediately made face to face contact with him opening up communication channels. Due to the amount of stress her friend was under, and even though he downplayed his issues, Airman Pabon still ensured her leadership was aware and contacted her First Sergeant to ensure proper oversight/care was given to the troubled Airman. Her actions set the example and the Airman in need successfully addressed his issues again being productive. Watch out for your Wingmen and take action to engage and let them know people care!
