Job description:

-Performs pre/post-flight inspections of HH-60G aircraft, weapon, defensive and specialized aircraft equipment

- Operates aircraft weapon systems, satellite communications, & Alternate Insertion Extraction (AIE) equipment

- Performs AIE safetyman, terrain/threat avoidance duties during low-level personnel recovery flts using NVGs

Most rewarding job aspect:

Knowing I directly contribute to getting the injured safely off the battlefield, particularly under hostile fire. “These things we do so that others may live.”

Goals:

Short term – Deploy as many times as possible. Long term – Bachelor’s degree and set myself up for a federal LE job (DHS, BP, ICE).

Hobbies:

Shooting, off-roading, reading

Favorite performer:

I don’t have a single favorite performer, but I mostly listen to country.

Favorite dish: Rudy’s BBQ

Best asset:

Willingness to work with others to accomplish a given task.
