Managing Stress and Avoiding the Holiday Blues

EFMP Youth Bowling Event
Dec. 15, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. – D-M Lanes Bowling Center

EFMP Annual Holiday Party
Dec. 18, 5-7 p.m. – Desert Dove Chapel
This is our most popular event of the year! Bring a potluck dish to share, and get ready for food, fun and friendship. We will have bingo and door prizes. We may even have a special guest from the North Pole! Parents are asked to bring a small gift for their children, labeled and wrapped. Culture of Responsible Choices Holiday Play
Dec. 7, 1-3 p.m. – Base Theater
Please join us at the Base Theater to partake in the 2012 Culture of Responsible Choices sponsored Holiday Play. This is a compilation of skits from various organizations on base to include the Chief’s Group, DMAFB 1st Sergeants, DLT 1st Six, Security Forces Squadron, and the Dental Squadron. This is a family fun, free event where Santa will make an appearance, snacks are free, and pictures will be available after the play. Please contact Tech. Sgt.
