This year’s selectees were among the only 10.65 percent of eligible Airmen selected for promotion to the enlisted forces second highest rank.

“This is truly a select group of individuals,” said Col. Kevin Blanchard, 355th Fighter Wing commander. “Please take the time to thank each of them for their service thus far and congratulate them on the further trust the U.S. Air Force has placed in them.”
