He continues day in and day out striving to do his best and work diligently with every individual he has contact with; kindness and fortitude of character is what makes him stand out.

Airman Dinsdale attends Community Charity Runs and events (Thanksgiving day run, Fun runs, fitness expositions). He is involved in his neighborhood community watch program and cares for  personal vehicles and assets while on members are on deployment. He generously donates money and time to various charities in need. Airman Dinsdale holds himself to the highest fitness standards by scoring a 100% on the fitness assessment and seeks out those who need help, to inspire and motivate them to do their physical best and achieve a successful score. A completely dedicated professional!
