Selection Reasons:

Senior Airman Renner’s duty performance has been outstanding from day one. This has been reflected throughout her career with quarterly awards, selection to Senior Airman Below-the-Zone, and a deployed decoration.

Airman Renner briefs current Intel and threat briefs, keeping aircrew current on their threat knowledge. In addition, she helps manage the entire external training program, making sure that all the aircrews’ briefings are tracked and logged to ensure annual training requirements are met. She participates in pilot upgrade scenario development, working in both the planning of the scenario and helping the pilots develop specific threat knowledge.

Airman Renner is extremely active in the squadron booster club with taking care all the lithographs for outgoing members, planning and organizing the entire holiday party, and arranging numerous fundraisers. Somehow during all of this, she still finds time to take care of her horse and do things like taking piano lessons.

In addition to being an outstanding worker and volunteer, Airman Renner has truly embodied the wingman concept. On several occasions, she helped take care of a friend with health issues and been true a life saver.
