355th FSS to hold Attack Fitness Competition

The 355th Force Support Squadron will be holding the Attack Fitness Competition at 8 a.m. until noon at the Haeffner Gym, Sept. 27.

This event is open to anyone with gym access, whether military or dependents, but is limited to 15 men and 15 women.

There will be four required workouts that each competitor must complete.

The first workout will consist of 500m row, 20 back squats at body weight and 30 pull-ups.

The second work out will consist of a box jumps, and overhead weight.

The third and fourth work out will be revealed on the day of the event however participants are advised to bring swimming gear.

Signup sheets for this event are at the front desks of the Benko and Haeffner gyms.

“This competition was put together to promote fitness and boost morale,” said Staff Sgt. Jason Ostburg, Crossfit instructor.
