Selection Reasons:

Staff Sgt. Kruczyk is a recent cross-trainee that came into Finance as a 3-level and made his presence felt right away. Within the last few months he has led the Finance Customer Service team to an impressive 97% submission accuracy for all travel vouchers submitted to be processed by the Finance Center in Ellsworth. His ‘get it done” attitude has been instrumental in our customer’s wait time decreasing from 12 to 5 minutes and our satisfaction rating increasing through customer survey responses.

As a recent cross trainee, Staff Sgt. Kruczyk has knocked out his 5 level CDC’s in record time while learning to master his new trade as a Finance professional. In his off time he volunteered 12 hours for Habitat for Humanity, helping with the construction of three homes. He also coached a little league baseball team, teaching 10 young adults the importance of fundamentals while instilling team building and confidence.
