His ‘get it done” attitude has been instrumental in our customer’s wait time decreasing from 12 to 5 minutes and our satisfaction rating increasing through customer survey responses.

As a recent cross trainee, Staff Sgt. Kruczyk has knocked out his 5 level CDC’s in record time while learning to master his new trade as a Finance professional. In his off time he volunteered 12 hours for Habitat for Humanity, helping with the construction of three homes. He also coached a little league baseball team, teaching 10 young adults the importance of fundamentals while instilling team building and confidence.
