Officer’s Spouse’s Club offers gift wrapping

Members of the Officer’s Spouse’s Club work together to wrap gifts for customers at the Base Exchange on Dec. 12. The OSC uses donations received from gift wrapping to fund scholarships awarded to military families here at D-M.
