The first annual Pat’s Run Troop Run at D-M is scheduled to be April 26.

The ruck/walk/run will begin at the Benko Fitness Center and will be approximately 4.2 miles long. This event can be enjoyed by all family members! Cost of adults is $20 and children under 12 is $5. Deadline to register for this event is March 31.

The Pat’s Run benefits the Pat Tillman Foundation. The Pat Tillman Foundation was founded in 2004. It invests in military veterans and their spouses through educational scholarships. To date, the foundation has invested in 290 military scholarships totaling 4.6 million dollars.

A shirt will be provided upon registration. All registrants will be notified of time and location to pick up their shirts. If you are unable to attend but would like to donate to this foundation, you may do so by visiting http://www.crowdrise.com/teamdavis-monthan/fundraiser/jamesriser
