Leaders Are Readers Book Club
Are you looking for some mentorship and development? Do you like to read? Then Leaders are Readers is for you! Our purpose is to enhance the professional growth of all Desert Lighting Team members through reading and mentoring. Leaders are Readers discuss leadership novels from the CSAF Reading List as well as other insightful novels. We meet twice a month and have meaningful discussions on key leadership concepts and experiences. All ranks are welcomed! This is a great opportunity to hear what your superiors and subordinates have to say. To improve yourself please join us at one of our sessions! We would love to hear from you! Our current novel is “Outliers”, by Malcolm Gladwell. Please see Technical Sgt. Lorenzo Livingston or Senior Amn Rocio Pattarroyo for details! Hope to see you there!
