NARFE Chapter 1874 to meet

May 19, 11:30 a.m. – Golden Corral Restaurant

Current and retired Federal employees, spouses, guests, and visitors are invited to join NARFE Chapter 1874 at the Golden Corral Restaurant, 6865 N. Thornydale Dr.  The May meeting will be on Monday, May 19. (Senior menu $7.95)  Lunch starts at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be noon-1 p.m.  The topic this month will be from a USDA Bee Specialist. Society of Military Widows to meet

May 17, noon – Mirage Club

The Ladies of the Society of Military Widows will have their monthly meeting and luncheon at noon, May 17 at the Mirage Club on Davis-Monthan AFB. For information and reservations, call Kay Spargur at 574-6628 by May 7.

Fourth annual VA2K Walk and Roll

May 21, 7 a.m. – VA Medical Center

The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) will hold its fourth annual VA2K Walk and Roll at the VA Medical Center May 21, from 7-9 a.m. Registration will start at 6:30 a.m. in the R.E. Lindsey Jr. Auditorium in building 4, for both team and individual participants.
