563rd RQG conducts medevac mission

A U.S. Air Force HC-130J Combat King II aircraft refuels an HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter during a medevac mission over the Pacific Ocean Dec. 1, 2018. Pararescuemen aboard the HH-60 were assigned the job of recovering a civilian on a tanker and transporting them to a hospital.

After a seven and a half hour flight, the HC-130 needed fuel to reach its destination of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz.
