Fedder visits Edwards, checks out Edwards facilities

Lt. Gen. Judith A. Fedder, Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, gets a tour of one of three solar farms at Edwards AFB April 18. She was accompanied by Brig. Gen. Robert C. Nolan II, Air Force Flight Test Center commander (left), and Col. Gregory Schwab, 95th Air Base Wing commander (right). During her visit she toured several base facilities including Housing, the Rosburg Fitness Center and the fuel point. She also met members of the 95th Security Forces Squadron and Explosive Ordnance Disposal. Fedder is responsible to the chief of staff for leadership, management and integration of Air Force logistics readiness, aircraft and missile maintenance, civil engineering and security forces, as well as setting policy and preparing budget estimates that reflect enhancements to productivity, combat readiness and quality of life for Air Force members.
