AFMC Warriors,
The 2012 AFMC Air Force Assistance Funds (AFAF) campaign is drawing to a close.
This year’s campaign has been a shining example of “Wingmen taking care of Wingmen” throughout the command.
The outpouring of generosity to support the four AFAF charities has been nothing short of phenomenal. While the AFAF is run by Airmen for the benefit of Airmen, we witnessed strong support and contributions from our Air Force retirees and their families as well as our civilian workforce.
With two installations’ campaigns still on-going, AFMC has already raised $766,577 – nearly 7 percent more than last year and 12 percent above our command goal. Even during these tough economic times, you have demonstrated the Wingman spirit in a most tangible manner. As always, thank you for making a difference.
My sincere appreciation to all who participated.
