445th FLTS gets new commander

Lt. Col. Christopher Spinelli speaks to members of the 445th Flight Test Squadron after receiving command during a ceremony June 15. Spinelli replaces Lt. Col. Jason Schott who heads to the Air War College at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Ala. The 445th FLTS (Test Operations) provides chase planes, tankers and numerous other support to 412th Test Wing test projects.
