Arnold Education Grant Program, the society awards $2,000 each to selected applicants. Military families get free entry into national parks: Active-duty military personnel and their dependents are able to enter every national park for free as part of an effort to thank service members and their families for the sacrifices they make, according to the Interior Department.Â The America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreation Lands Annual Pass ordinarily costs $80. It provides access to more than 2,000 national parks, wildlife refuges and other public lands.
Active-duty military personnel can get the passes at any national park or wildlife refuge that charges an entrance fee by showing their military ID. Each family member will also be able to obtain their own pass even if the service member is deployed or if they are traveling separately.
The pass will be accepted at National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service and U.S. Army Corps sites that charge entrance or standard amenity fees.
- Valid for activated members of the National Guard and Reserves, not available to military veterans or retirees.

Lunchtime Disc Golf at Mojave Greens: Wednesdays, noon, Mojave Greens Disc Golf Course, Hole 1. Join us for a round of lunchtime golf. Players of all skill levels are invited to attend. Model Building Club: Tuesdays, 4-5 p.m., Club Room. Youth can choose from several plastics models as well as learn building techniques with the end product being their very own.

Edwards Dance Factory: Dance Classes are held at the Creative Arts Center (JZ) for ages 3-15. Receive professional dance instruction in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, competition team, and Disneyland Jazz. There are many great opportunities for youth who love to dance.
