TMO pick up times change

To mitigate the increasing challenges of securing pack/pick up dates during July and August, the Air Force Joint Personal Property Shipping Office will institute measures to ensure equality customer service.

Traffic Management Office counselors will inform individuals the normal required time to schedule a pick up is five weeks during this peak season. Shipments requiring pick up within three weeks must be coordinated with the applicable JPPSO prior to submission (excludes Technical Training). These measures are effective June 29 and do not apply to those shipments counseled prior to that date.
