About 200 children and volunteers descended upon Branch Pond Nov. 17 for a Family Fishing Derby. Several organizations stepped up to help support the event. The organizers would like to thank the 412th Mission Support Group, Air Force Sergeants Association, Airman Leadership School Booster Club, Enlisted Spouses Club, Environmental Management, First Sergeants Group, Fregoso Outdoor Foundation, Middle Tier, Officer Spouses Club, Outdoor Recreations, private party donors, and volunteers. Prizes were given out to the best fishermen. More photos will be available next week in the Desert Wings.
