POW/MIA Day commorative fun run/walk Sept. 20

Edwards AFB’s chapter of the Air Force Sergeant’s Association is sponsoring a POW/MIA Day 5K fun run/walk. The event will be held Sept. 20 with the start and finish point being at the running trail across from the BX. Registration will be from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. with the run beginning at 8 a.m. Running groups will be divided by age group: 29 and under, 30-39 and 40 plus. The top three finishers will be recognized. See your squadron AFSA rep or call (661) 277-0658 for more information. Come out and commemorate POW/MIA Day amidst some esprit dé corps and physical fitness!
