Edwards kicks off Asian American, Pacific Islander Heritage Month

Team Edwards members in traditional Asian and Pacific dress welcomed everyone coming into the Exchange to kickoff Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month May 1. Traditional dances were performed as cake was served. Attendees also got to show off their vocal skills by singing karaoke songs.

As part of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, an Asian/Pacific cooking demonstration was put on at the Commissary May 6 during lunch time. Customers got to sample various cuisine.
