School’s back from summer

As summer turns to fall, the Edwards community prepares to go back to school.

Registration for Desert Junior-Senior High School and Branch Elementary school has begun and is done by appointment only.

Students at DHS will register for their classes through the counselor’s office.†The DHS phone number is 661-258-4411, Ext. 100.

For Branch Elementary student information and registration, email: jrideout@muroc.k12.ca.us. For more information, call 661-258-4411, Ext. 402.

New student orientation is 10:30 a.m., Aug. 11.

Students at Branch Elementary will be able to access their class schedules online Aug. 15.
The first day of school is Aug. 18.

Aug. 11: New Student Orientation, 8:30 a.m. for junior high and 9:30 a.m. for†high school
Aug. 18: School starts, 7:50 a.m. to 2:58 p.m.
