Teen-Miss
Ariana Medina, the reigning Teen Miss Edwards for 2015-2016, is now also Teen Miss Antelope Valley. She was crowned in the pageant held Feb. 13 at Westpark Elementary School in Rosamond.  The Teen Miss Antelope Valley Pageant had four contestants this year from different AV cities. She was the first to win Teen Miss Antelope Valley from Edwards AFB.  She is also a volunteer for Grace Resources and other homeless shelters in the Antelope Valley. She has received a Certificate of Appreciation from Rep. Steve Knight for her community service. Her duties will include representing both Edwards and the Antelope Valley at various events including visiting local veteran’s homes. Her father is Master Sgt.
