412th SFS picks pumpkins for party from Rosamond pumpkin patch

Each year when October rolls around, pumpkin season begins. There are pumpkins for carving and decorating, pumpkin-spiced drinks, pumpkin pies and much more. According to the United States Department of Agriculture, 192.2 million pounds of pumpkins were produced in California in 2014.

412th LRS aids stranded motorists

Former loadmaster, tester to be inducted into hall of fame

Retired Master Sgt. Theodore Venturini will be inducted into the Airlift Tanker Association Hall of Fame Oct. 31. He is one of six C-17A Pathfinder Loadmasters that will be honored at an Air Mobility Command and ATA Symposium at the Orlando World Center Marriot in Florida.
