TMAC will host bridal show

Thunder Mountain Activity Centre will host the 2012 Bridal Show Saturday, 1 ““ 5 p.m. Everyone is invited to see the hottest ideas, vendors and more.

The event is free and open to the public, and will feature fashion shows from Dillard’s and Judy’s Western Wares. Free finger foods and a pay-as-you-go bar will be available.

MVGC offer ‘welcome spring’ golf special

Mountain View Golf Course will welcome spring by offering two-for-the-price-of-one golf all day through March 15. This special is open to everyone.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at TMAC

March 17 is St. Patrick’s Day, and everyone is invited to celebrate at Thunder Mountain Activity Centre with dinner and dancing from 5 ““ 11 p.m.

Cost is $15 per person and includes the St. Patrick’s Day Buffet with corned beef, cabbage, red potatoes, shepherd’s pie, Irish champ (mashed potatoes with green onions), baby carrots and onions in cream, rolls, salad bar, apple and barley pudding and glazed ice tea cake.

Don’t miss the next indoor flea market

Murr Community Center and Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers will hold an indoor flea market March 17, 7 a.m. ““ noon.

Tables and space are available for $5. Space is limited, so reserve early by stopping at the Murr CC Front Desk.

Enjoy bowling special for St. Pat’s Day

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day March 17 at Desert Lanes! From noon ““ 4 p.m., anyone wearing green can bowl for $1.50 per game. Jeannie’s Diner will also celebrate the day with a corned-beef-and-cabbage special.

Attend NBA games with Outdoor Rec

The Outdoor Recreation Program has scheduled the following Phoenix Suns NBA Basketball game trips: April 7, Suns versus the L.A. Lakers, cost $55; and April 21, Suns versus the Denver Nuggets, cost $35.

Cost includes ticket and transportation for only the first 11 tickets sold per game. Outdoor Rec. also has ticket vouchers available to purchase for any other Suns’ game.

Concepts offers 25 percent off during March

March is National Craft Month. The Arts & Crafts Center will offer 25 percent off all items at “Concepts,” their arts and crafts supply store, every day during this month.

Concepts and the Arts & Crafts Center are located in Building 52008, Arizona Street.

The Arts & Crafts Center has also planned a “workshop extravaganza” from 9 a.m. ““ 5 p.m. for March 24. They are offering crafts for all ages, plus door prizes and refreshments.

Enjoy RAN with ‘March Madness’

The next Right Arm Night, “March Madness,” will start at 4 p.m. March 30 at Thunder Mountain Activity Centre.” Free finger foods and a pay-as-you-go bar will be available.
