Physical Education teacher and coach Mr. Vaznonis is proud to announce the 42 recipients for the President’s and National Fitness Awards.

Fifth grade National Fitness Award: Wyatt Blake, Frank Hornback, Seth Yates, Zerah Caoile, Chloe Gonato, Riley Schulte, Grant Ward, Juan Rodriguez, Kayla Chambers, Christian Cooper, Emily Into, Deveny Reynolds, Josh Sproul and Payton Street.

Fourth grade National Fitness Award: Terrence Baumgartner, Zariah Thompson, Chris Wright, Bailey Clark, Manu Guzman, Brandon Lopez, Kacie Visconti, Taylor McGarrah, Tyler Baltierra, Lauren Brown and Michela Foreman

Third grade National Fitness Award: Karl Brown, Nick Campbell, Kaila Hart, Alyssa Anderson, Venus Contreras, Caleb Larson, Robert Sangvic, Philip Hunter, Christopher Richardson, Kristi Mendenhall and Amauri Blake

Fourth grade Presidential Fitness Award: Tristan Pralle

Third grade Presidential Fitness Award: Camden Miller

The Myer School Running Club has currently run over 2,800 miles. Awards and ribbons will be presented at the school’s awards ceremony on the last day of school to students achieving certain levels and to the top class in each grade level.
