FMWR, along with the Illegitimate Theater Company of Sierra Vista, will present “I Take This Man,†a comedy in three acts, live on stage at Murr Community Center.
Evening performances are set for Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. Matinees will be presented Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased at the door.

Salsa night coming to TMAC
Thunder Mountain Activity Centre will host “Salsa Night†Friday. Free salsa lessons will be given by Ximena Aponte, 8 – 9 p.m., and from 9 p.m. – 2 a.m., enjoy music by DJ Quechevere.

Jazz, wine festival set for May 12
FMWR will present “An Evening on the Green†Jazz and Wine Festival May 12, 4 – 9 p.m. near the Gazebo on Brown Parade Field.
Music will be provided by the 62nd Army Band Jazz Combo and the 62nd Army Band Jazz Trio, followed by two shows from soulful jazz saxophonist “Yancyy.â€

Buffalo Corral Horseback Riding Stables has scheduled a Mother’s Day trail ride May 13, 10 a.m. – noon. On that day, moms ride for $8.50 which is half price.

Mother’s Day brunch buffet planned
Everyone is invited to enjoy Thunder Mountain Activity Centre’s Mother’s Gourmet Day Brunch Buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 13.
Cost, with gratuity included, is $25 for adults; $12.50 for children 5 – 11; and children 4 and under dine for free. The price includes a carnation for all moms.

Register for indoor triathlon
Sports, Fitness and Aquatics will host the “1st Time Tri†Indoor triathlon May 19 beginning at 8 a.m. at Barnes Field House. The triathlon is open to all levels and will consist of swim in the indoor pool, spin bike and a run on the track.
Entrants can register at BFH or Eifler Fitness Center. Entry deadline is May 15. Race-day registrations will not be accepted.
