Culture celebration tonight

Fort Huachuca’s Training and Doctrine Command Culture Center in partnership with the Equal Opportunity Office, Cochise College Center for Lifelong Learning, University of Arizona South and the Commission on Cultural Diversity of the City Council of Sierra Vista will host the first Village of Nations Culture Celebration today, 5 – 8 p.m. in the Sierra Vista Public Library’s Mona Bishop Room. See the movie, “Salam Bombay.” A discussion led by Yale Needle of the TCC, follows.

The Village of Nations Culture Celebration is a revolving quarterly celebration that aims at bringing people together to celebrate through singing, dancing, friendship, food and movies featuring different regions of the world. This program features South Asia.

The public is invited, and admission is free.
