Community service: Boy Scouts Cochise District public relations chairperson since 2011; B Troop mess sergeant since 1999; Boy Scout Order of the Arrow associate lodge advisor to the secretary, 2003 – 2013; Salvation Army Thanksgiving Dinner head chef since 1995, minus 2010 due to temporary duty away from the Sierra Vista area
