FH blood donations top the rest

Maj. John Burke, right, officer in charge of the Fort Bliss, Texas, Blood Donor Center, presents Command Sgt. Maj. Jeffery Fairley, command sergeant major, U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, with the official plaque recognizing Fort Huachuca as the installation with the highest blood collection for 2012. The fort collected 1,415 units of blood to support the Armed Services Blood Program.
