Letters of interest now accepted by Cochise Community Foundation

Cochise Community Foundation

COCHISE COUNTY — Nonprofit organizations throughout Cochise County are invited to submit letters of interest for up to $5,000 of funding for projects in the coming year. A review panel with countywide participation will determine which proposed projects are most likely to meet key community needs and align most closely with our donors’ intent.

Letters of interest must be submitted before 5 p.m. on March 28.

Upon review of the letters of interest, selected projects will then be asked to complete detailed grant applications. Grant applications will only be accepted from those organizations pre-screened through the letter-of-interest process.

The competitive grant process will open on May 1, with an application deadline on May 30. Grants awarded will meet donor intent, depending upon the field of interest, and all projects must benefit Cochise County, with weight given to those making the most impact on Cochise County communities.
