Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation have reestablished the Army Family Action Plan & Army Family Team Building, or AFAP/AFTB, program at Fort Huachuca Army Community Service. The AFAP program provides a mechanism for all individuals who compose of the Army’s force – Soldiers, retirees, Department of the Army Civilians and their Family members to identify quality-of-life concerns to leadership at regular intervals.
The ACS Army Volunteer Corps has a current need for volunteers who can commit for at least six months and, for critical volunteer positions, must be able to commit for one year. ACS seeks volunteers to assist in all areas. To register and apply, or for more information, call the AFAP/AFTB program manager at 533.8649.

Financial Readiness evening hours
The ACS Financial Readiness Program, or FRP, strives to encourage Soldier financial readiness by offering evening appointment times for Soldiers who are in a student status.
FRP assists Soldiers with developing monthly budgets, understanding their credit report, correcting credit reporting errors, and credit resolution in order to prevent potential security clearance issues.
Providing evening appointments affords students an opportunity to strengthen their financial readiness without impacting classroom instruction time. Should a Soldier need assistance with credit resolution, they may have to return during duty hours if negotiations are required with creditors.
ACS/FRP will be open for student appointments on Tuesday. 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled duty regular duty hours by calling Bethel Francis or Linda Reed, 533.2967 or 533.2330.
