Agency: Network Enterprise Technology Command, G-1

Position and duties: Human resource development specialist. Responsible for managing Civilian Education System quotas for all of NETCOM, managing the training budget for headquarters and processing all SF-182s. Serves as the lead for the Science, Mathematics and Research for Transformation Scholarship and Academic Degree Training Programs for the command. Works with management and co-workers to enhance the Civilian training program by administering training needs assessments and implementing a training plan.

How long at current assignment: One year, four months with NETCOM and six years, four months total, as a training specialist.

How long in government service: Has 14 years Civilian government service including four years of active Army service.

Residence: Currently lives in Tucson, but was born and raised in Los Angeles.

Family: Two girls, 3 and 5

Hobbies: Enjoys playing football, mountain biking, rock climbing, movies, art, water sports, and most of all, spending time with his daughters.

Advice: “Respect others in the same manner that you would like to be respected“
