New OER to be topic of HRC virtual town hall

U.S. Army Resources Command

U.S. Army Human Resources Command, HRC, and Brig. Gen. David MacEwen, the 59th Adjutant General of the Army, will conduct a live, virtual town hall after-action review on the roll-out of the new Officer Evaluation Report, or OER, on Thursday. The town hall session will be from 11 – noon EDT using the HRC Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ArmyHRC.

Topics include: four new OER forms; new evaluation entry system to process OERs; new OER policies and regulations; and speakers to address participants’ concerns.

HRC officials seek feedback from the field on the integration of the new OER. Leaders are asking all officers and warrants to take a vested interest. In addition, all enlisted and civilian members of the G-1/S-1 community who have a question or concern are encouraged to sign in, participate and spread the word on the Virtual Town Hall AAR on the roll-out of the new OER.
