RWBAHC changes EFMP appointment times

RWBAHC EFMP

Exceptional Family Member Program, EFMP, personnel at Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center now set patient appointments every weekday morning from 7:30 – 11 a.m. These appointments are for EFMP enrollments, updates, disenrollments and overseas screening.

The Soldier, spouse or legal guardian can contact Family Care Clinic B to begin the assessment process for enrollment, periodic update, re-enrollment or disenrollment in the program. EFMP forms can also be obtained through the EFMP coordinator’s office or can be downloaded from the RWBAHC EFMP website, http://rwbach.huachuca.amedd.army.mil/efmp.html. To schedule an appointment, call 520.533.9034/4507.

The EFMP is a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated medical, mental health, educational and community support services to active duty Family members with special needs. The EFMP assists Family members with physical, emotional, developmental or intellectual disabilities that require special treatment such as speech, occupational or physical therapy and counseling.
