Terms and conditions of participation
- All corporate sponsorship and registration fees must be received by Aerotech News and Review by June 30, 2010.
- Set up time is from 7–9 a.m. on the day of the Expo.
- Participant personnel must be present in booth at all times.
- Breakdown of booth is not permitted before closing of Expo.
- Copy machines available for recruiting company’s use.
- Electricity is available — please notify of need at time of registration.
- Refreshments will be available all day at no charge to each company’s representatives.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before Aug. 13, 2010: 90% refund of sponsorship or booth fees.
- Cancellation from Aug. 13 to Sept. 10, 2010: 50% refund of sponsorship or booth fees.
- Cancellation after Sept. 10, 2010: no refund.
Canceled participation in Job Fair must be made in writing and submitted with receipt verification.
