A United Launch Alliance Delta IV Heavy rocket blasts off from Space Launch Complex-37, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla., at 9:15 a.m., EDT, June 29 with a national security payload for the National Reconnaissance Office. The launch is the third of four launches for the NRO this year and the second launch for the NRO in just nine days.
