Parking garage officially opens


Lt. Gen. Ellen Pawlikowski, Space and Missile Systems Center commander at Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is joined by El Segundo Mayor Carl Jacobson; Col. Sam McNiel, 61st Air Base Group commander; and Jeff Harper, Harper Construction president, in cutting the ribbon to open Los Angeles Air Force Base’s new parking garage. The new garage, opened Aug. 10, adds more than 200 new parking spots.
