Commander’s comments: “Staff Sgt. Noel exemplifies dedication and excellence,” said Lt. Col. Matthew Liljenstolpe, 56th FW Safety chief. “I had the honor of flying his jet while he was a crew chief in the 62nd Aircraft Maintenance Unit. His professional attitude and pride in his work shows because his jet was the cleanest I’d flown in 15 years of flying the Viper. He continues to impress me as one of my best Airmen in the safety office. He has an innate drive to get every job done right the first time.”
