As people of faith, I would argue that faith must be put into action or it is not really faith. An old song tells us that faith without action “is about as useless as a screen door on a submarine.†The book of James tells us, “faith without works is dead.†Many Airmen I speak with want to know who they are; that they need to find themselves. Instead of asking, start acting. Just be the person God wants you to be, and let your action — as defined by your faith in Him — be what defines you as a person.
