Fallen warriors

March of the Fallen participants carry weighted ruck sacks four and-a-half miles March 31 at the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Ruck sacks weighed 45 to 75 pounds, according to competition categories, for the 40 participants. Each meter walked represented military members who have fallen since 9/11. More than $1,500 from the March of the Fallen was donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.
