Soccer game

The Phoenix Monsoon, a semipro team, is coming to Luke Air Force Base to play against the Luke Falcons at 7 p.m. Thursday at the soccer field on the base track. For more information, call Benjamin Lemus at (623) 856-7965.

Pitch, hit and run

A MLB pitch, hit and run competition is at 6 p.m. today at Mark Grace ball field for children, ages 7 to 14. The event is free and participants must register in advance. For more information, call (623) 856-6225.

Cosmic bowling

Unlimited bowling is $9 per person with free shoe rental 9 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday at Thunderbolt Lanes. For more information, call (6230 856-6529.

Memorial Day golf

Falcon Dunes Golf Course is featuring a Memorial Day golf tournament with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start May 28. The cost is $30 per club member, $35 per nonmember and $40 per guest and includes greens fees, range balls, cart rental and lunch. For more information, call (623) 535-9334.

Youth golf clinic

A youth golf clinic is 9 to 10:30 a.m. the first and third Saturday of the month. The cost is $15 per session or $20 for two sessions. For more information or to sign up, call Ed Wieczkiewicz, instructor, at (602) 363-0397.
