Warrior PT challenge

The 56th Force Support Squadron Fitness Center is holding a Warrior PT Challenge 6 a.m. to noon May 4 at the ability to survive and operate center. Four-member teams will compete for a $10 entry fee. For more information or to sign up, call (623) 856-2291. 

 

Summer, fall leagues forming

Cosmic bowling

Unlimited bowling is $9 per person with free shoe rental 9 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday at Thunderbolt Lanes. For more information, call (623) 856-6529.

 

Memorial Day golf

Falcon Dunes Golf Course is featuring a Memorial Day golf tournament with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start May 28. The cost is $30 per club member, $35 per nonmember and $40 per guest and includes greens fees, range balls, cart rental and lunch. For more information, call (623) 535-9334.

 

Youth golf clinic

A youth golf clinic is 9 to 10:30 a.m. the first and third Saturday of the month. The cost is $15 per session or $20 for two sessions. For more information or to sign up, call Ed Wieczkiewicz, instructor, at (602) 363-0397.

 

Aerobics

A variety of cycling and group fitness classes are held at assorted times from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Saturdays in Bldg. 700. For more information, go to www.lukeevents.com/lukefitness.html.

 

Dorm key bowling

Discount bowling for dorm residents is 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays, 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays and 5 to 7 p.m. Sundays. Show your dorm key and receive the first game for $1.50, second for $1, third game for 50 cents and the fourth game is free. Shoe rental is $1.50. Bring three friends and your games are free.
