Moses expertly enforces health, welfare, morale, military bearing, and customs and courtesies with the MRA enrolled in the crew chief certification course on a daily basis. He goes above and beyond his duties as an MTL to ensure that Airmen graduate with the relevant tools and Airmanship skills to succeed and instills the philosophy of never accepting mediocrity.”
