U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Cody Kaphenght and U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Jared Clark, 56th Operations Support Squadron air traffic controllers, monitor the aircraft traffic from inside the Radar Approach Control facility at Luke Air Force Base April 24. The RAPCON facility controls all of the aircraft, both civilian and military, that enters its airspace.
