Tops in Blue

U.S. Air Force’s premier performers rock Grand Canyon University Arena

Members of Tops in Blue gather backstage to brief prior to going on stage Tuesday at the Grand Canyon University Arena.

Tops in Blue singers perform the “Thriller” dance during the performance. Tops in Blue performed a tribute to Michael Jackson, hailed as the King of Pop, which included his hits “Billy Jean,” “Smooth Criminal” and “Man in the Mirror.”

Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog make a guest appearance and sing for the crowd during the Tops in Blue performance. Tops in Blue is comprised of active-duty Air Force members and members of the Air Reserve Command placed on active duty orders from a variety of professions and selected to go on tour for 10 months.

A Tops in Blue artist pantomimes during the performance. Tops in Blue artists rehearse dance, vocal, instrumental and technical skills while on the 10 month tour.
