A leader is defined by those under his or her leadership. Do you inspire others to be better? From whom do you get your inspiration? Many get inspiration from the foundations of their faith. Are those under your leadership charge better because of you? Leaders raise up other leaders to take their place. They take the time to mentor others so they are better.
